Inspire Group and Australia Post Win Silver and Bronze
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - Inspire Group, leaders in innovative learning and development solutions, and Australia Post have been awarded Silver and Bronze awards at the coveted Brandon Hall Group™ HCM Excellence Awards® for excellence in the Best Use of Games and Simulations for Learning and Best Custom Content categories.
The 2024 Brandon Hall Group™ HCM Excellence Awards® recognizes best practices for initiatives in Learning and Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Sales Performance, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and the Future of Work.
Inspire Group's work on the project for Australia Post won a Silver award for Best Use of Games and Simulations for Learning and a Bronze award for Best Custom Content on August 22, 2024. You can view the complete list of winners here: https://excellenceawards.brandonhall.com/winners/.
The eCommerce business simulation was designed as a digital learning game to build empathy towards eCommerce customers among Australia Post's vast workforce. The project supports Australia Post’s strategic goal to ‘win in eCommerce delivery’ by enhancing the team’s understanding of the challenges faced by eCommerce businesses and improving the quality of conversations with their customers. This digital learning game evolved from a face-to-face facilitated eCommerce game created in 2022, expanding its reach and impact through a scalable, stand-alone digital format.
“Inspire Group made it very easy to make hard decisions about what we included and what we didn’t because they understood what we were trying to do,” said Matt White, Learning Partner at Australia Post. “The process we went through was rock solid. We iterated well, and Inspire Group worked seamlessly with the original consultants, incorporating their expertise and insights into the final product.”
“Excellence Award recipients have consistently demonstrated their commitment to employee growth and well-being through innovative human capital strategies. These organizations have implemented HCM programs that drive outstanding business results and create a positive and empowering work environment. Our rigorous evaluation process has confirmed these programs as industry-leading in their effectiveness and impact on employee satisfaction,” said Brandon Hall Group Chief Operating Officer Rachel Cooke™, HCM Excellence Awards® program leader.
