CASE STUDY: NZ Customs Security Awareness

The programme was developed to enhance the security awareness of customs officers by delivering a highly engaging and interactive learning experience. The program combined custom-designed content with scenario-based learning, ensuring that participants could apply their knowledge in real-world situations. By focusing on key security principles and compliance requirements, the training program not only met but exceeded the regulatory standards, resulting in a significant increase in security compliance and awareness among the workforce.

“Our team is incredibly proud to receive these prestigious awards,” said Ben Hogg, Marketing Manager at Inspire Group. “This recognition highlights our commitment to creating high-impact, custom content that addresses critical business needs. Working with NZ Customs to develop a training program that enhances security awareness has been a rewarding experience, and we're thrilled that our efforts have been acknowledged at such a high level.”
