This module is helping us to become more aware of our unconscious biases using relevant and relatable scenarios. We’ve got more to do in this space but this is a great resource to get the conversation started.
Unconscious biases are the basic attitudes that we have about another person or group of people. They can affect our understanding, actions and decisions without us even realising it.
Mercury recognised the importance of having their diverse workforce increase their awareness of unconscious bias and understand what it might mean for them day to day.
Mercury took advantage of our 'off-the-shelf' Unconscious Bias module as a cost-effective approach to introducing this training to their organisation.
We customised the module's visual design to align to the Mercury brand, and also created a quick reference card to complement the online content.
Initial feedback from the Mercury team has been extremely positive.
The module uses stories and scenarios to engage learners which has helped make the learning relevant and memorable.
