Mereana has over 17 years of marketing, advertising and comms experience having spent most of her career working in advertising agencies and more recently working in the L&D world as a Learning Partner and now as the Marketing Manager at Inspire Group. She enjoys the similarities between the learning and advertising worlds and in particular, is fascinated by how the human mind works and how we can create meaningful and sustained behaviour change.
