Virtual Learning Series: leading and working virtually

Being a great virtual leader requires some new skills.

For many leaders, this new world of remote and hybrid work brings a fresh and unique level of uncertainty and ambiguity as they identify ways to effectively support, grow and empower their teams within both face-to-face and virtual environments.

About the workshops

  • Delivered by Inspire Group associates along with a technical support co-ordinator
  • Each session is 90-120 minutes
  • Participant numbers 8–15 people per cohort
  • The sessions include the use of polls, interactive whiteboards and small group activities in break-out rooms
  • Participants are sent the chat record after the session for reference to key learnings
